Creaney Education Support Centre Supply and Install New Reverse Cycle Air Conditioners

Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM) on behalf of Department of Finance (DOF) and Department of Education are seeking quotes from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake Supply and Install of New Reverse Cycle Air Conditioners replacing Evaporative Units at Creaney Education Support Centre. Supply and install inverter type split air conditioners to each classroom currently serviced by the Evaporative Air Conditioners as listed below. Please note that all works are scheduled for completion during the July school term break, however alternative options will be considered if optional works cannot be accomplished. - Installation of New A/C Split systems - Optional Works: Removal of existing evaporative units (internal and external) and existing gas heaters Works. Please allow optional works to be completed after hours work or advise feasible completion date. - Locations as listed: Education Support Center ? Rooms F4, F5, F8 and F6 (Common Area)
