Description
This project involves the refurbishment and/or modification of training, operational, maintenance and storage building assets at HMAS Albatross, Jervis Bay Range Facility and Beecroft Weapons Range.
Construction work tasks to be delivered include building extension, structural modification to existing buildings, general electrical work, mechanical/HVAC upgrades, building demolition, asbestos removal, structural steel construction, concrete foundation construction, roofing, fencing, working at heights safe access system upgrade and general building refurbishment tasks (painting, flooring, re-cladding, fit out, joinery, etc).
Works include the delivery of finalised and certified Construction Documentation in accordance with current standards and the Tender Design Solution.
All works are to be delivered and handed over in accordance with Defence Estate documentation and data requirements.
