Description
The City of Salisbury (the Council) invites Expressions of Interest for the provision of construction services of a new multi-use facility (Community Hub) and 'The Shed' (the Services).
Council’s requirements for the provision of the Services, including the following, but not limited to:
- Construction of a new multi-use facility (Community Hub)
- Integration into existing site.
- Integrated outdoor landscaped gardens and outdoor activity space
- Carpark construction and alterations
- Construction of the “The Shed”
- New community garden
- Integration of Salisbury West Library service
- Functional requirements of the community centre
- Community spaces and facilities
NOTE: TENDERING COMPANIES ARE TO BE PREQUALIFIED WITH DIT UNDER THE BUILDING PREQUALIFICATION SYSTEM GB2 OR ABOVE
