Regional Planning Project Engagement Lead

The Department for Trade and Investment is seeking proposals from suppliers with significant community engagement, marketing and communications experience relating to planning and development to provide comprehensive engagement services to support the preparation of seven regional plans throughout South Australia, including the Greater Adelaide Regional Plan.

The supplier(s) or partnership consortium will need to action marketing, communications and engagement activity for each of the seven Regional Plan Engagement Plans.

• Engagement: Provide specialist engagement advice including preparation of consultation reports and preparation of the engagement plan for the Greater Adelaide Regional Plan. Engagement needs to be broad and inclusive and able to capture new audiences for planning and hard to reach groups including first nations communities and young people.
• Corporate Communications: produce all communications assets and ensure consistency of messaging, in alignment with the seven Engagement Plans.
• Marketing: align all communications, digital and marketing assets with the Regional Plan Program branding – language and visual.
• Media: manage media enquiries promptly by drafting responses and seeking necessary approvals.
• Digital / Social Media: Facilitate the digital and social media needs of the seven Engagement Plans, including producing strategy, assets, content and community management.
• Graphic Design: Create all design assets utilising the Regional Planning Program branding.
