Description
The Department of Local Government, Sport and Cultural Industries (DLGSC) requires:
- Develop and deliver a Human Resource Management (HRM) advisory and support service for identified State Sporting Associations (SSAs).
- Increase the capacity and capability of identified SSAs to;
- Respond and provide HRM advice to identified SSAs on an ad hoc basis.
- Provide recommendations to DLGSC on future HRM advisory and support service needs.
