Description
The Works comprise the work as described on the Form of Tender and such other work as shown on the drawings or included in the specification.
Painting of Albany Residential College, 8 Thomas St, Mt Clarence.
Painting of all rooms as shown on Floor Plan in accordance with the Specification.
Works will be staged in each section as shown on floor plan. Sequence of staging will be in consultation with the Albany residential College following contract award.
While it is the intention to do all works described, the Principal may choose to award a contract for some, or all, of the parts as described in the Floor Plan and Tender Breakdown.
It is intended to award a contract by 22 May, with all works to be completed by end August 2020
Premises will be occupied during the term of the Contract. The Contractor shall ensure that it causes minimal inconvenience and disturbance to the occupants.
The onus is on tenderers to make themselves familiar with College layout and specific requirements. Request for variations where tenderers have not done this, will not be considered.
Arrangements to view rooms can be made by contacting the College Manager, Andrea Hearn on 9842 1007 during the tender period.
