Maddington Fire Station Refurbishment
Spotless Services Australia Ltd on behalf of the Fire and Emergency Services Authority of WA are seeking tenders from suitably qualified, registered builders to undertake the Refurbishment of Maddington Fire Station located at 1961 Albany Highway Maddington in accordance with the plans and specifications.
Tenderers will need to register for documents with Graeme Edwards via email [email hidden] or [phone hidden] no later than 4.00pm Friday 29th April 2011
Documents will available for pickup from 9.00am Tuesday 3rd May from the

A mandatory site inspection will take place at 11.00am Friday 6th May 2011 at the
Maddington Fire Station.
The compliance criteria and selection criteria are defined in the tender documentation. The successful tenderer must meet all compliance criteria requirements to be considered for evaluation against the weighted selection criteria.
Tenderers shall submit in the tender box provided prior to the nominated closing time and date in a sealed envelope to the below address.
