Description
Council is seeking Expressions of Interest from software vendors who can provide a solution that will support the preparation, distribution and management of agendas, reports, minutes and associated documentation for council, committee, sub-committee and internal meetings. The system should assist with the management/monitoring of actions in response to resolutions/decisions resulting from these meetings.
The same system should be able to support a wide range of internal/administrative meetings and must cater for the documentation that supports a range of meeting types, including formal council meetings, committee meetings and sub-committee meetings.
