Naracoorte Health Services Inc - Additions and Alterations

The project consists of a minor refurbishment (approximately 30m2) to the existing Pavy wing of Naracoorte Health Service Inc (Naracoorte Hospital) and new addition (approximately 500m2) consisting of 2 new lounges, dining room, kitchen, 10 bedrooms, 10 ensuites, store room, toilet, sluice room, cleaners room, services room, nook, corridor and covered link. The project also involves landscaping and civil works, new mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and fire safety services. Tenders will only be considered from DAIS tenderers who are Prequalified General Building Contractors in Category 3 at the time of tender close. Neither the lowest nor any tender will necessarily be accepted.
