Description
The WA Country Health Service (WACHS), requires non-residential building construction services for the courtyards of the Mental Health Inpatient Unit (MHU or ‘the Unit’) at the Bunbury Hospital (BH).
The purpose of the works is to address recommendations and standards made by the Office of the Chief Psychiatrist (OCP), inclusive of structures that operate in a manner that minimises risk for patients, visitors and staff, by extending exterior wall heights and certain roof lines and making a variety of landscaping and therapeutic changes to four (4) courtyards within the Unit.
