Lifting Equipment Maintenance Services

South East Water is one of Melbourne’s three state-owned metropolitan water retailers. We provide water, sewerage, trade waste and recycled water services for residents and businesses in Melbourne’s south east, located in the state of Victoria, Australia.

We service more than 1.75 million people including more than 748,000 residential water customers and more than 55,106 non-residential water customers.

In a region spanning 3,640 square kilometres, each year we deliver more than 137 billion litres of drinking water and collect and treat more than 108 billion litres of wastewater. From our water recycling plants, we produce around 2,300 megalitres of recycled water used for residences, businesses, agriculture, and open spaces. We also recycle biosolids for soil improvement and generate renewable energy from biogas and solar.

To deliver for our customers, we manage more than 26,500 km of pipeline. We own, operate

and maintain $4.8 billion of assets including water, recycled water, and sewerage networks.

SCOPE OF WORKS

South East Water is looking to appoint a suitable qualified contractor for providing Lifting Equipment Maintenance services at South East Water sites.

Scope of Services includes but not limited to:

• Scheduled maintenance for our cranes and hoists;

• Reactive services for breakdowns and repairs;

• Supply of related consumables and parts, and equipment as required; and

• Other related works as directed by South East Water
