T66-24 Condell Park Town Centre - Open Space Upgrade. • Supply & place maintenance and watering of Kikuyu turf for 6 weeks with minimum 2 visits per week including supply & spread 75mm topsoil. • Supply & Plant by Licensed Landscaper 200mm (~5L) LIRIOPE MUSCARI "AMETHYST" and 300mm (~25L) NADINA DOMESTICA "BLUSH". • Construct tree pits and supply & place in tree pit 5 trees. • Provide mulch and mas planting (Two Locations) • Supply and install Sandstone A Grade 6 Sawn Side Blocks • Remove/dispose two trees. • Remove/dispose post 50NB, relocate existing post including backfilling hole, relocate existing signs and supply and Install 50NB (60.3mm OD) x 3.8m galvanised post with cap. • Pressure clean existing footpath and banding, re-grout and replace any broken pavers. • Supply & construct 150mm Wide and 380mm~395mm High concrete Kerb Only for Garden bed. • Supply & construct Concrete Footpaving Type 2P - 150mm thick - SL72 reo - 25MPa concrete - on 125mm DGS20 roadbase including localised thickening to 250mm under furniture. • Supply & construct of TWO concrete pad footing for Chillout tree. • Supply and Lay pavers as specified in drawings, INCLUDING supply and construction of 125 FRC subbase on 0.2mm thick polythene sheet, 25 mortar bedding, grouting between pavers, sealing and silicone joint at property boundary and behind kerb. • Supply and install Tables, Stools, Seating System, Powered ChillOUT Trees and frame planters by Street Furniture Australia or approved equivalent. • Construct 300mm wide and 600mm deep trench to lay 4 x 25mm HD conduits, TWO for each ChillOUT Tree, from existing pit to chillout hub. Backfill, lay polymeric cable cover and provide turf. • Supply and install a wall-mounted, weatherproof (minimum IP44 rating) double power point GPO with a lockable box on the external wall of 43 Simmat Ave (as indicated in the construction drawings), with testing. The contractor must confirm that the power point has sufficient capacity to handle the electrical load of a council Christmas tree and associated decorations/accessories. • Replace existing lid with Standard Double Lid Infilled With Pavers (does not include supply of pavers). Supply and lay Concrete Infill Pavers for Utility Covers on 25mm Mortar Bedding with grouting (5mm grouted joints between pavers). • Adjust one Telstra Lid to match new concrete footpaving.
