Provision of Telecommunications Services to the Department of Health and Ageing

The Commonwealth of Australia represented by the Department of Health and Ageing (the Agency) invites qualified parties to submit tenders to provide the services (Services) described in Attachment D Schedule 1 (Proposed Services or Solution) of this Request for Tender (RFT) subject to the terms and conditions set out, or referred to, in this RFT.

The proposed requirements for telecommunications services fall into the categories outlined at (a) – (e) below. The Agency reserves the right to select different tenderers for each category. Any Tenderer selected to provide an individual category should be prepared to work with vendors supplying other categories:
a. Fixed Line carriage services for local, long distance, fixed to mobile, international, directory services and other miscellaneous calls, including access services to the public network;
b. Inbound 1800 and 1300 services;
c. Mobile telephony services;
d. Facilities Management;
and e. PABX maintenance services
