Description
The major focus for CDAC (Centre) is the identification of participants' strengths and development needs. This is achieved through a range of assessment activities which include a series of simulation activities designed to mirror typical challenges faced by SES Band 1s.
The three day Centre involves 12 Executive Level staff members from Australian Public Service agencies, six observers, three role players, a facilitator and the APS Commission CDAC team.
