Description
The PIRSA Leadership Development Program has been designed to meet the unique needs of PIRSA's leaders, developing and supporting them to meet the challenges and priorities facing the organisation now and into the future and to position PIRSA as a leader in Government and industry sectors.
The program provides a suite of targeted development options to support a leader at each of the different stages in their career, enabling participants to build the capabilities and confidence to lead in the organisation at the level required.
The scope of this tender includes the delivery of modules of learning and associated developmental activities and/or the delivery of coaching to support leadership development. This delivery is set within the context of the PIRSA Leadership Development Program - Phases I and II only.
