Expression of Interest - Preparation of Selection Reports

TAFE Tasmania is seeking expressions of interest from individuals or organisations to participate in a limited trial assisting in the preparation of formal selection reports for vacancies in the organisation. The trial is to extend over a period of up to 2 months to enable TAFE Tasmania to assess the effectiveness of the provision of this service, which it is anticipated will involve the production of up to five formal selection reports being provided within that time-frame. TAFE Tasmania is looking for a partner(s) to be available on a fee for service basis to sit in on our interviews, and to subsequently complete formal selection reports, within a prescribed format. The individuals or organisations undertaking this work would be expected to liaise closely with the interview panel’s chairperson on the completion of the selection report, however this is an administrative task only and there is no involvement or input into the selection process itself.
