Description
Health Support Services’ IBM software products form a significant part of the WA health system’s enterprise architecture landscape and support various clinical and non-clinical applications.
The broad product groups currently in use are:
• IBM Cognos M1 (business intelligence and performance management)
• IBM Infosphere MDM (data management solution)
• IBM SPSS (statistical and predictive analysis)
• IBM XL C/C + + (compiler and optimisation technology).
Health Support Services (HSS) is now seeking a suitable provider of support and maintenance services for the above software products. HSS reserves the rights to increase and/or decrease the number of the licences as and if required over the Term of the Contract.
