The Forest Products Commission (the Commission) aims to provide a framework for selling uncommitted Sandalwood based on establishing a panel of potential buyers that have an opportunity to compete for specific parcels of Sandalwood as it becomes available during the Term.

This sale arrangement will have two stages. This Request for Proposal forms the initial stage, where the Commission is inviting submissions to establish the panel.
