Side boundary fences are to remain. The water meter is being removed by the Department of Housing. All trees, bushes & roots on the site are to be removed. Proof digging / raking down to a depth of 600mm is to be completed and all rubbish, tree roots over 75mm and uncovered asbestos to be removed. All grass is to be dug out and removed from the site, within the property boundary. All paving, driveways, outbuildings, loose items, wing fences and clotheslines are to be removed. Council Crossovers are to remain. Site to be raked and sifted to remove all vegetation and rubbish. Please treat suspected materials as asbestos and dispose of accordingly.

The left side boundary fence adjoining the public walkway is to be removed with remaining boundary fences to remain. The water meter is to be removed.
