Description
Beach Road Streetscape Stage 2 (BRSS2) is proposed as the next stage for delivering on the Noarlunga Regional Centre revitalisation project, whilst also improving the function and amenity of the area.
This tender package relates to the construction of Phase 1 of the proposed BRSS2. Phase 1 includes the northern landscaping east of Burgess Road and the car parking and landscaping west of Burgess Road to David Witton Drive.
Council is seeking an experienced contractor to deliver all civil works as detailed on the final
approved engineering drawings.
