Establish a Standing Offer Arrangement (SOA) for the provision of underground services / utilities location for Major and Minor Construction works as well as Maintenance during the period of 30th July 2012 to 30th July 2014 with option to extend for two (2) of twelve (12) months periods.
*Lodgement of Offer: Hard Copy submission via Tender Lodgement Box is preferable method.*
