Description
Economic Development Queensland (EDQ) as part of the Department of State Development, Infrastructure and Planning seeks to engage an experienced and capable demolition contractor to undertake demolition and removal of existing buildings, structures and services on the Gold Coast Parklands site as shown in the Appendices and plans attached to this invitation to tender.
These works will involve the contractor:
• demolishing existing buildings, salvaging materials where possible and removing and disposing of remaining materials;
• removing in-ground services, including electrical, water and sewerage, salvaging where identified in the specification; and
• on completion of the works, backfill the site levels to match existing site levels.
