Sandgate State School OSHC Car Park Upgrade (with design responsibility)

The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the design and construction of a new car park (OSHC Upgrades) at Sandgate State School, located at 54 Rainbow Street, Sandgate Qld 4017 as part of the Targeted Maintenance program.

The OSHC Upgrades and includes providing a car park for parents and staff to safely access the facilities. The position of the building is at the back of the school with sufficient site access and working space. All works are to be completed by December 2021.

Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that meet the following requirements:
• Appropriate QBCC Builders licences to undertake the entire scope of works
• Professional Indemnity Insurance to the value of $1M.

QBCC Licensing and Professional Indemnity Insurance
It is anticipated that a minimum of a QBCC (Low Rise) builders’ licence will be required for this project. Contractors are required to hold Professional Indemnity Insurance in accordance with the contract.
