Seqwater is one of Australia's largest water businesses with the most geographically spread and diverse asset base of any capital city water authority. Seqwater operations, in South East Queensland, extend from the New South Wales border to Gympie in the north, and west to the base of the Toowoomba ranges.

Seqwater:

• delivers a safe, secure and reliable bulk water supply to South East Queensland
• provides essential flood mitigation services in its managed catchment areas
• manages catchment health, including monitoring water quality in these catchments
• provides recreational facilities from its unrestricted infrastructure assets
• manages the long-term planning of the region's future water needs.

Seqwater's primary means of public communication is via the Corporate Website Seqwater.com.au, with all public communication channels using the site in some way. Since launching in 2014, Seqwater requirements have changed significantly, resulting in the site outgrowing existing functionality, capacity, capability and its support model.

To achieve greater internal efficiencies and effectively respond to the needs of our stakeholders, customers and communities, a customer-focused redevelopment of Seqwater.com.au is required.

In summary, the scope of the contract includes:

• redevelopment of the Corporate Website using an agile methodology to implement a minimum viable product (MVP)
• hosting and support services
• ongoing continuous improvement
