Description
The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for submissions for the refurbishment of an existing Teaching block (Block 1) at Pullenvale State School, located at 120 Grandview Rd, Pullenvale QLD 4069 as part of the SIE program.
The Refurbishment contains 2 GLA’s on Ground Floor and 4 GLA’s on the first floor. The position of the building is at the front of the school with limited site access and working space. All works are to be completed by the end of May 2019.
Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors with a minimum QBCC Builders licence.
