Description

The Queensland Parliamentary Service is seeking submissions for the replacement of existing fire dampers throughout Parliament House and the Parliament Annexe building.

The requirements specifically include:

  • field verify quantities, installation orientation, and any any other special considerations with the appropriate action based upon Australian standards;
  • provide notice and gain approval for disconnection of live service;
  • proper removal, replacement, decommissioning of existing fire dampers, associated hardware and making good; and
  • installation of approprate firedampers, associated hardware and builder's works.

PLEASE NOTE: Due to COVID-19 restrictions, site inspections will be by appointment only and limited to 45 minutes maximum. Please call Mr. Alan Berrie on 3553 6263 to arrange an inspection time.
