This Contract comprises of all certificates, labour, plant, equipment and materials necessary to carry out the roof replacement of Eric Bell Centre Building at Yass District Hospital.The works will involve the removal of existing roofing galvanised sheets, and replacement with Colorbond ® sheeting, and any associated items. Disconnection, reinstatement and/or removal and disposal of all redundant items.
