Request for Fee Proposal - AQ 033/2022 CI001 Queensland Performing Arts Centre (QPAC) Switchboards Replacement Project - Principal Design Team

The State of Queensland represented by the Department of Communities, Housing and Digital Economy acting through Arts Queensland (the Client) is seeking Offers from Project Specific PQC Eligible Tenderers, minimum PQC Level 3, (Consultant) to undertake the provision of Design Consultancy Services for the Queensland Performing Arts Centre (QPAC) Switchboards Replacement Project.

Specifically, an Architectural firm will establish and lead a Principal Design Team (PDT). The PDT will provide design services:

• Directly, as Architect and Principal Design Consultant for the Project, and
• Indirectly, by the engagement of all necessary secondary and specialist design consultants required to complete the scope of work, including:

• LV Electrical Engineer
• HV Electrical Engineer
• Communications Services Engineer
• Mechanical Services Engineer
• Hydraulic Services Engineer
• Fire Services Engineer
• Structural Engineer
• Heritage Consultant
• Building Certification
• Others as required.

SPECIAL NOTES:

Mandatory Industry Briefing (MIB) applies to this invitation and attendance is mandatory - refer MIB section detailed in the Request for Fee (RFF) document. Offerors Note: Due to COVID-19 and safety requirements, a virtual Industry Briefing session will be delivered by the Client via Microsoft Teams. Potential Offerors are responsible ensuring appropriate MIB registration. Refer to section "Mandatory Industry Briefing" of the RFF.

Mandatory Site Inspections - Site Inspection will be made available only to Offerors who attended the MIB. Refer to section "Site Inspection" of the RFF.

Potential Offerors must be listed on the Project specific AQ 033/2022 CI001 Prequalified (PQC) System "Eligible Tenderer Report" – refer applicable PQC Eligible Tenderer Report section in RFF.
