Mount Gravatt State School - Driveway Upgrade

The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the design and construction of a new Driveway at Mt Gravatt SS, located at 1263 Logan Road, Mount Gravatt QLD 4122, as part of the School Infrastructure Enhancement (SIE) program.

The scope includes the removal and replacement of the existing subgrade and surface in addition to associated civil stormwater works and minor landscaping works. The position of the building is at the front of the school with sufficent site access and working space. All works are to be completed by December 2023.

Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that meet the following requirements:

QBCC Licensing and Professional Indemnity Insurance

It is anticipated that a minimum of a QBCC builders’ licence will be required for this project. Contractors are required to hold Professional Indemnity Insurance in accordance with the contract.
