CQHHS Rockhampton Cardiac Services Expansion - D&C Building Contractor

The Queensland Government is seeking Proposals for a D&C Building Contractor for the Central Queensland Hospital and Health Service (CQHHS) Rockhampton Cardiac Services Expansion.

The expanded and integrated cardiology services at Rockhampton Hospital will be provided with:

• 6 bed Cardiac Care Unit (CCU) – upgraded in 2019
• 1 Cardiac Catheter Lab (CCL) and procedure room supported by six recovery bays
• 12 bed IPU cardiology ward
• expanded Cardiac Investigation Unit (CIU) with access to eight assessment and diagnostic spaces.
• expanded cardiac services office accommodation.

The Project include refurbishment of various levels of the Medical Services Building (MSB) and Clinical Services Building (CSB) will accommodate the new and expanded and decanted services.
