Bulimba SS - Block A Repairs (Heritage)

The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for submissions for rectificaiton works to the Heritage Listed Block A Building at Bulimba State School, located at 271 Oxford Street, Bulimba, QLD 4171 as part of the Repair & Replacement (RNR) program.

Rectification works include roof replacement including replacement guttters and downpipes, stormwater changes, works to the pediments, replacement of soffit and fascia, masonry repairs, window refurbishment and some internal works inclusding relining of corridor wall and celiling replacement. The position of the building is at the front of the school with limited site access and working space. All works are to be completed by January 2024.

Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors with a minium PQC Level 2 with certified 3rd Party Quality Assurance and a QBCC Builder's Licence to undertake the entire scope of works.

Tender Documentation will be emailed to eligiable contractors who meet the minimum PQC requirements. Details of the site inspection will be advised in the email and letters to tenderers.
