North Fremantle Integrated Transport Design Study – Urban Design Services

The North Fremantle Integrated Transport Design Study (the study) is a government-led initiative with oversight from a Steering Group comprising representatives from the Transport and Major Infrastructure Portfolio [Public Transport Authority (PTA), Main Roads WA (MRWA), Department of Transport and Major Infrastructure (DTMI)] and Department of Planning, Lands and Heritage (DPLH). The study aims to advance integrated transport planning for North Fremantle, supporting the realisation of the State Government’s Future of Fremantle vision and addressing both regional and local transport needs. To achieve this, the PTA is seeking a suitably qualified urban design consultant to work alongside partner agencies and the appointed engineering consultant. The consultant will play a key role in ensuring that urban design thinking and place-led principles are embedded throughout the project, contributing to transport solutions that maximise public benefit and enhance the unique character, connectivity, and accessibility of North Fremantle.
