The RTA wishes to undertake market research to assess whether there are problems with the operation of notice periods at the end of a fixed term tenancy. We also wish to investigate the strength of preferences of tenants and lessors for different notice periods that must be given to the tenant to end a fixed term tenancy. The RTA is inviting suppliers to submit quotations to undertake this research
