This Request for Tender is an invitation for selected Building Services Engineers to provide a fee proposal for Briefing and Schematic Design for the project. The scope of Engineering services generally comprises the development of a brief, and preparation of schematic design plans in conjunction with the Architect’s test fit plans for the purpose of verifying the suitability of the proposed premise to support EMHS requirements and inform budget estimates.
