Currumbin SS - Hall Refurbishment Stage 1 (With Design Responsibility)

The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the design and construction of the Hall Stage 1 works at Currumbin State School.

Located at 6 Philip Street, Currumbin, QLD, AU, 4223, as part of the School Direct program.

The Works involve but are not limited to the refurbishment of the outer rooms of the Hall to accommodate music and instrumental teaching rooms, instrument storage, new doors, new floor finishes, wall and ceiling linings and new air conditioning. Refer to the tender documentation provided for full scope of works.

QBCC Licensing and Professional Indemnity Insurance

It is anticipated that a minimum of a QBCC (Low Rise) builders’ licence will be required for this project. Contractors are required to hold Professional Indemnity Insurance In accordance with the contract.
