Description
Property and Development NSW (PDNSW) seeks to appoint a Head Contractor to deliver workplace fit-out construction works of a NSW Government Agencys (Clients) tenancy at Levels 4 and 5, 257 Crawford Street, Queanbeyan NSW 2620. The Premises have recently been completed by Queanbeyan-Palerang Regional Council, and will accommodate approximately 119 work points over 1,276sqm on Levels 4 and 5 for NSW Government Staff. The Contractor will work with PDNSW, Lead Architect and key stakeholder to deliver the fit-out works based on the endorsed Architectural Drawings and Specifications.
