Description
Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM) on behalf of Department of Communities are seeking quotes from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake refurbishment works at 4 Clewlew Court Withers WA 6230.
The Work includes but is not limited to the following works
- Preliminaries, demolition, siteworks
- Grout injection, retaining
- Internal Works and External Works – Painting, cleaning, glazier, carpentry, plumber electrical, flooring, fencing, cleaning , external concrete works and patio.

Please note the additional scope requirements
- A Full shower screen is needed.
- All down pipes require soak wells to be installed.
- Crossover application is to be followed for City Of Bunbury
- A compaction certificate must be supplied after all civil works and before retaining and concrete is laid.
