Particulars
The main objective of this activity was to deliver a modern and flexible Enterprise Search Solution that would: - enable a better self-service capability for staff in-line with the Department’s strategic objectives; - provide consistent search results; - remove outdated or deleted content; and - include information stored in PDFs and other multimedia documents within search results. The new solution should also have the flexibility and capacity to manage future growth to align with the Department’s future strategy.
