Queensland Academy of Health Sciences Minor Works Locker Room & Operable Wall

The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for submissions for the installation of a new operable wall and construction of a new locker room at the Queensland Academy of Health Sciences, located at 102 Edmund Rice Drive, Southport QLD 4215.

The works include the demolition of an internal wall in Buildings D and C, installation of a new operable wall and mechanical ventilation for a chemical store in Building E and the construction of a new locker room to the external of Building B. All works are to be completed by the end of the September/October school holiday period.

Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors with a minimum QBCC Builders licence and ability to undertake the entire scope of works.
