QBUILD is seeking offers for the following works:
Redlands Youth Justice Services Centre Fit Out at CAPALABA BUSINESS CENTRE, LEVEL 1, 39 OLD CLEVELAND ROAD, CAPALABA

• Appropriate QBCC Builders Licence is required to satisfy requirement of
• Attendance at the scheduled site inspection prior to submitting is a mandatory requirement of this Tender process. Details of the site inspection available on QBuild etender website.
• Works includes, but is not limited to:
  • Demolition of existing double doors and graphics to shop front;
  • Fit out of vacant tenancy to provide new offices, meeting rooms, open space work stations, program room, breakout areas and amenities;
  • New power, communications, security and lighting;
  • Modifications to existing mechanical services to reflect new fit out layout; and
  • Modification to existing hydraulic services to reflect new fit out layout.
