Description

A tender for the ordering, printing, personalisation and storage of Pharmaceutical Benefits Scheme stationery products.

The Department of Human Services is responsible for the administration of the Pharmaceutical Benefits Scheme (PBS).

Under the PBS, a range of stationery items is printed and dispatched to medical practitioners, dentists, pharmacists, nurse practitioners, midwives, hospitals and other health professionals nationally.

PBS stationery items include but are not limited to:

a)prescription forms (personalised and non-personalised)

b)claim forms

c)order forms

d)yearly safety net kits and ongoing safety net cards, and

e)envelopes.

The department requires:

a)an ordering system and order processing

b)printing and production services

c)storage and inventory control

d)order fulfilment and dispatch, and

e)telephone and email help desk support.

The department is seeking to engage a provider of these services from 1 July 2017, when the incumbent provider’s contract expires.
