Western Australia Police (WA Police) are searching for a suitably qualified supplier to provide analysis on the Liquor Control Act 1988. This analysis will take the following forms:
• interpretation;
• investigative strategies; and
• legal commentary.
The final analysis should form a Standard Operating Procedures Manual (Manual) suitable for officers from the Liquor Enforcement Unit to carry out training courses for specified WA Police officers.
