• The construction of beach access from existing parking area at West Beach and East Mylies sites as shown in the drawings and described in the specifications; and
• Other items within the scope of works include, but are not limited to: Concrete paths and steps, landscape works, sign installation, furniture installation, beach access steps (West Beach only), rehabilitation of existing paths, shade structures (West Beach only).
