Refurbishment works to Buildings 130 and 222. Building 130 works consist of replacement of roof tiles and sheeting, internal painting works, replacement of corridor carpet, electrical fixtures and distribution boards. Building 222 works consist of the replacement of lighting and fire services currently mounted to ceiling linings, remediation of asbestos containing materials, and replacement of end of life commercial kitchen equipment.
