Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM) on behalf of Department of Finance (DOF) and Department of Education are seeking quotes from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake Flooring & Vinyl at Yanchep Secondary College ? 21 Ravensbourne Street, Yanchep WA 6035. The Works include but are not necessarily limited to; ?Disconnection of machinery and benches from services ? Relocation of machinery and benches to another location to carry out the works ? Remove all vinyl from room. ? Remove damaged screed below vinyl. ? Carry out moisture test. ? Carry out intrusive survey of drains checking for leaks using cameras. ? Check exposed pipework for leaks. Bidders shall make themselves familiar with the existing site conditions, the specifications, drawings and all Contract documentation. All measurements and details shown on drawings or other documents (if any) are to be confirmed by bidders prior to submission of their Quote. All materials and installation shall be supplied and be in accordance with Australian Standards and all codes and regulations relevant to the Scope of Work contained herein.
