Spotless Facility Services Pty Ltd on behalf of The Department of Education North Metropolitan Region is seeking tenders from qualified contractors with recent experience in Mechanical Services projects to undertake the Upgrading of the Central Air Conditioning Plant and Associated Mechanical Services at the above address in accordance with the drawing and specifications provided.

Tenderers will need to register for documents with Beryl Maynard on 9288 1255 or by emailing [email hidden] by no later than 4.00pm Friday 7 October 2011.

Documents will be available for pickup between 9.00am and 4.00pm Wednesday 12 October 2011 and Thursday 13 October 2011.

A mandatory site inspection will take place at 11.00am Monday 17 October 2011 at School of Isolated & Distance Education 164 - 194 Oxford Street Leederville

The compliance criteria and selection criteria are defined in the tender documentation. The successful tenderer must meet all compliance criteria requirements to be considered for evaluation against the weighted selection criteria.

Tenders shall be submitted in the tender box provided prior to the nominated closing time and date in a sealed envelope as detailed in the Spotless Preliminaries and Conditions of Tendering documentation provided.

Tender selection shall be based on best value for money and suitable experience, the lowest of any tenderer need not necessarily be selected.
