Description
The Department of Education (the Department) requires the services of a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to deliver a Digital Capability Framework (DC Framework). The contractor will have demonstrated knowledge and understanding of the challenges of digital transformation in education.
The DC Framework will provide functionality to manage talent development to deliver long term capacity and sustainable digital schools and work towards more effective use of Information and Communication Technologies to improve student achievement, progress and access to pathways and opportunities.
The Department is seeking to engage a Contractor who can develop an online interactive framework that empowers Western Australian teachers and school leaders with skills and competencies to envision the possibilities and to self-assess their digital capability in a whole child, whole school and whole school community approach.
