Description
VenuesWest is seeking to establish a Panel Arrangement for the supply of event theming hire items and Services, on an ad hoc basis, including, but not limited to, delivery, set-up, pull-down, and operation of hire items at its events and functions. This may also include just the provision of certain hire items for certain events. The required theming items and services may be required on any day of the year (including public holidays), and at any hour of the day or night.
