Description
The Department of Fire and Emergency Services (DFES) is seeking a suitable provider to manage delegate services and registrations for the annual Western Australia Fire and Emergency Services (WAFES) Conference (the Conference) and Awards dinner (the Awards).
The Conference brings together approximately 700 delegates, including DFES personnel and volunteers from the Bush Fire Service, State Emergency Service, Volunteer Fire and Rescue Service, Marine Rescue Service, Fire and Emergency Services.
The two (2) day program consists of a variety of operational tours, workshops, a welcome sundowner and a conference program with multiple integrated education streams that highlight the latest issues and trends affecting emergency management.
The Conference culminates with the Awards dinner on day two attended by an additional 100 invited guests.
