Panel Contracts for the Provision of Regional Training and Development Services

The Department of Regional Development and Lands (RDL), Community Development Division (CDD) facilitates learning development opportunities to support Community Resource Centre (CRC) personnel, including staff, trainees, management committee members and volunteers, who are generally limited to participate in training due to the tyrannies of regional WA.

To continue to build on the human capital invested in the Community Resource Network, training facilitated will capitalise on the previous skills delivery program, encourage best practice and promote high participation.

The future framework of skills training for the CRC Network will focus on strengthening the governance and business management capacity of CRC’s.

RDL proposes to establish a panel of trainers to deliver training for the CRC Network in regional and remote WA.

Through this Request RDL seeks to establish a Panel of suitably qualified Respondents to deliver training for the CRC Network in regional and remote WA.

The purpose of establishing the resultant Panel Contract is to:
• Assist RDL with a selection of trainers available to deliver workshops specific to the needs of the CRC Network activities and core services; and
• Assist RDL with a selection of trainers available to deliver workshops in rural regions as identified by the Respondent.
